This plastic cosmetic tube extrusion line is designed for producing multi-layer tubes with diameters from 13mm to 60mm and lengths from 45mm to 230mm. It features a servo motor-driven system, spiral runner die head for fusion-line-free output, and supports up to 5 layers with EVOH barrier options. The line is fully automatic with touch screen temperature control and self-circulating chilled water cooling.
