According to reports on February 20, earlier this month, Air India Engineering Services Limited (AIESL) and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate on MRO services for civil aircraft. The focus of their cooperation is to strengthen the MRO capabilities of India's aviation industry and promote investment in advanced technologies.

At the same time, it will create new employment opportunities for veterans and fresh graduates. The two companies will also cooperate to promote innovation in the fields of engineering and research.
